corner rust problem

bad rust problem check it out an any ideas on what good fix could be.. 😢

another thing is all those spots that are not welded good or at all could i weld all that would it make it stronger if's it's welded?
 
It really depends on how far you want to go with it. The correct way to fix it would be to cut out the entire skin on the boxed in brace where your taking the picture through the whole. Then assess whether it would be good enough to grind it down and put rust locking paint on it or if the metal itself needs to be replaced. Once done tack tack tack tack tack the skin back in.

I had the same exact issue with a floor brace under my car. You can put your finger in the whole and feel its rusting from the inside out... I decided I would cross that bridge when I got there. When it starts rusting through I'll cut the whole strip out and weld in a new piece.

And I would even attempt that work without removing the windshield.
