It's hot as hell down here right now! My truck said 118° on my way home. Make sure the ac works in whatever you drive down. Lol. I'll meet you in Winslow. It will save you a few hours and let me get out of the heat for a while.
Fan shroud is worth grabbing, if they can get you the radiator top plate.
The rest is pretty pricey, at least in the region I'm around. Prices do vary A LOT depending on local areas, and much of that is "buy local/won't ship" territory.
As for tires, michelin made the defender series in a 205/70/14. Wont require correction on the speedo gear ftom a 195/75/15. I've always been about quality in tires, not price.

Why aren't you on the road yet? Ida been there on the interior alone; take some extra cash- no telling what else he has!
