Does any one know where or whom would make a Cross Ram intake manifold for a Oldsmobile 455 for Weber style carbs or an efi setup?

That could be a tall order. As far as I know, there was never a manifold like that offered by anyone. You might find a dual quad intake for the 455, but no cross ram. If you're stuck on having something like that, it would probably have to be custom built, and would definitely not be cheap. You could try checking with the major manufacturers (Edelbrock, Weiand, Holley), but I wouldn't be too hopeful. If you're looking for EFI, why not try one of the aftermarket 4 barrel style EFI systems from a company like FAST or Holley on a single 4 barrel type intake manifold? it would definitely be easier and probably cheaper. Just a thought.

I agree I have never heard of one or seen one, if money is no object then a custom sheet metal could be made by someone like Wilson Manifolds who will make just about anything but be prepared to pay a lot of money but the quality of work is second to none.

I know this was a tall order, I just wanted to see if anyone knew who may make one, I realized its going to cost a pretty penny.

This may be a stupid question so if so I apologize in a head of time, I simply don't know the answer. Could a big block Chevy intake ever fit on a big block Oldsmobile, if so what would have to be done to make it fit?

Here is a pic to give you guys a sense of what I am trying to achieve

It certainly would look cool with 4-sidedraft Webers, a mechanical fuel injection setup, or cross ram dual quads, but as my fellow members have stated, it's not going to be cheap by any stretch of the imagination.
You might be able to find a conventional 2 x 4 setup, or tri-power, but anything more exotic than that is going to require some serious engineering.
As for the Chevy big block manifold fitting on an Olds engine, it's like comparing apples to oranges...it ain't gonna work.

You could check out this site for Weber setups. http://www.jiminglese.com/weberwebsite_007.htm Some pretty cool stuff.
