I started changing out all my power steering parts today. My new shaft came from Timo22, my Monte SS gear box, new lines, and remanufactured pump were coming this afternoon. The shaft went on great. On the Cardone pump though they put it together wrong. When they put it together they didn't line up the pump with the housing , it couldn't go back together. Then they couldn't find me another one. I ordered one from Summit. I've had to go through 2 different sets of headers, new inner fenders that didn't fit at all. Even 2 sets of valve covers that wouldn't clear my a/c bracket. What ever happened to the day's when working on a Chevy was rather easy ?
