Well, another update. Its getting a lot closer to being finished paint. Probably by Feb 1st all the paint should be done and most of the body put back together. Then all I will have left is the fun stuff, trim, interior, wiring....

I plan on doing the interior in black. I spent a lot of time trying to collect all original black interior pieces but eventually gave up. I figured if I had to dye one piece, I might as well dye multiple or all. I had teh dash and center console redone by justdashes in california. I figured I would rather have those redone over being dyed. I'm still debating on having my seats recovered in leather or getting the seat covers from gbodyparts. Time will tell I guess.

Ya black is tough to find, I'm still lookin for front seatbelts. I would go with the leather. I used a real good quality vinyl on mine, with those t tops you want something thats gonna hold up to the uv rays. Good luck with it man it's lookin real good.
I bought a long role of black seat belt webbing and disected my olds ones. I just need to get the buckles sewn on. I am making some extras just to makes sure. I'll post some pictures of that when I take them to get sewn.
Update from the weekend. I finally got to just do some playing around. I cleaned up the wiring harnesses for my door locks and power windows. Then i started cleaning up the hardware for the power windows. I got the aluminum risers cleaned up and primered, I still need to clean up the steel x-bars.
