Maybe it was the xfinity series I could’ve swore I saw one with a wiper

Back when Xfinity was Busch or Nationwide (or if you want to be truly old school, "Sportsman") NASCAR experimented with a rain package at the Montreal race -- teams had to bring a wiper (NASCAR would tell the teams at the track whether to put it on the car or not) and Goodyear had to bring rain tires ... initial complaints at running in the rain were teams having to figure-out defrost systems

I think a rain package is standard for all road courses now in both Cup & Sportsman, low chance of rain when Cup runs at Sonoma

It has gotten really bad anymore Either it total pile ups and everyone just running inline lap after lap. I watched XFL football yesterday. And would rather watch IMSA and o SCCA road racing .Its more competitive.
