Ok so when I bought the car, it had 1, yes 1, working speaker. I swapped out a dead speaker in the dash yesterday for a new *off brand* speaker just to have some sound. I also bought a 4x10 adapter set to allow 6x9's to fit. I'm sure many of you here have said kit. My question is, how do they mount to the deck? Do I use just the wire hanger provided or are bolts needed? If bolts are needed, what size? I work in an old fashioned hardware store so bolts are no issue lol. Also, if anyone does have said kit, if they can provide pictures of how the speakers maybe mount to the deck? Thank you. I appreciate it :friday:

Now my question is why is there a gap between the adapter and the speaker. When I put my adapters on, I screwed them straight on to the speakers. Should I gap them? I feel that would let some of the sound escape into the trunk
