So that sounds right at 4 advanced. 105.5 would be straight up.It is in the 4 degree advanced, the Triangle marking on the crank gear.
I would aim for as close to straight up on the advanced side you can hit. Hopefully it will hold true and come up at 105.5.I am installing it straight up, it will probably work best at that.
That is Edelbrock's recommendation. I know Dale Robinson supposedly would advance it till it had maximum cranking compression. This one looks close enough for me to run. I have ran this exact cam before, it is used, I just never checked it with a degree wheel.This cam is supposed to be installed straight up.
