Definitely an aftermarket Hurst. The upper picture showing the chrome handle looks like the factory ITM handle that someone drilled. That mounting bracket is the more common style that mounts the shifter at the back of the tail shaft housing. The factory 78-81 shifter bracket mounts the shifter at the front of the tail shaft housing. Can’t see what the body of the shifter says with my carpet in and car on the ground. It does have stop adjusters, so it’s not a factory Saginaw shifter? and this is the only angle you can see any of it in the existing pictures I have.

The previous owner also included some parts, one of which was this shifter that is a competition plus with a 4205 mounting plate, which from a quick search shows it’s from a 65-67 biscayne/impala.
