Nah only depends on the city, state, number of offenses, etc... It's not an automatic thing. My friend got caught multiple times buying hard drugs in Philadelphia and they never took his car they'd just hauled his *ss off to jail overnight release him ROR the next morning and he'd just walk back to the block where he parked (hoping it didn't get parted out over night) and drive home.
I think the same thing as HurstOlds though, if you're saying that you know that your cousin goes off and buys drugs wherever I would think it's a safe assumption to make that your sister is probably aware of this too... So why would you loan him your car? Glad he's alright and all... But I think it's a reasonable question. :lol:
