Hello all G-Body enthusiasts! I pulled driver side front door off my '85 Cutlass. Needs to do something to hinges, they're quite loose. Which are proper pin and bushing kit? I searched at Rockauto these: Hinge pin&bushing ? 🤔

Make sure the holes for the bushings aren’t enlarged/longated. The repair kit won’t do any good if they are. I’ve had to weld the holes up and redrill in the past. On my current Elco project, I used the upper hinge from a Cutlass Cruiser. Works great

Yes, I think upper is worse and I have to weld and drill it, Thanks!

It would be ALOT easier to just get an original 4 door hinge. They’ve had to support a lot less weight. Then put the new bushings in the replacement hinge. The inexpensive hinge tool is a MUST
