I'm trying to find the gasket or seal that goes between the door lock cylinder and sheet metal but I'm can't seem to find them.....

I was at a GM dealer picking up something and asked about the lock gaskets....surprise surprise...they had them in stock, $1 a piece.. :shock:
Glad the GM pieces are still available...
99.9% of reproduction gaskets need careful trimming to get them to fit properly...

It's surprising what's available at this GM dealer...they have a 1970 GTO Judge in the showroom for a cool 58 thou and change and a split bumper Camaro rally sport for only 49 thou and change...
I should stop being lazy and check at the dealers when I need some parts cause they do have some and their prices arn't that bad. Plus the guys at this part dept were car guys and they interested what I was doing to the car and asked me to bring it by when it's back on the road...
