I am getting ready to finally re-install the glass into my doors. Sadly it has been so long I'm not 100% sure where all the guides and adjusters go. Does anyone have a diagram of where all the guides go and an alignment procedure?

Thanks

Following, I'm in the same situation as you been too long and I have a bucket full of guides and bolts haha:blam:

I bought a book on adjusting G-body door glass. Give me a little time. I will get you the title. I bought it from one of the Buick suppliers.

not sure if these pics are clear enough, or are what you're looking for... HTH
(driver's door) guide pin and felt adjuster, you can see the rearward track adjuster just below

mid felt adjuster

you can see the forward track adjuster ahead of window crank

short rail adjuster (just behind door handle)

Thank you very much! that is what I was hoping for. I actually went ahead and got the book already also. The pictures really help though. I have enough parts to build 4 or 5 doors so that is why I needed to figure out what part go where and how many. Again Thanks!!!

any time!

Iactually just realized that what I thought wasthe foward adjuster, is actually a guide felt... sorry!😕

Driver side is in... Window1.jpg Window2.gif Only allows upload of a .gif for video so a quick snippet
