Dorman replacement upper control arms

I haven't really touched my suspension, but once I have my engine back together and installed, it's probably the first thing on the list. These will make things a lot easier.
The first thing I did on my Regal was rebuild the entire suspension and brakes and then body mounts kind of working my way up.
 
Are they replacements or factory?
They are aftermarket replacements and I think they were from OPGI I paid maybe $70 a piece for those a few years ago.

i only saw this one complaint and I guess he/she has never heard of alignment shims.....or maybe they put them on the wrong sides

More stuff added to my shopping list...
 
Only thing I'd be worried about is the quality of the ball joint...Seen a few pretty shitty-looking "house brand" joints in the last couple of years.
