This issue relates to the current known problems with off idle bog/stumble. A possible solution to this and noted on several forums is to open up the primary well pickup (jet) attached to the booster. Open up from OEM .035 to .041 and this has been reported as helping solve this.

Wow, amazing info, thank you. So drill the jet .006? If i am correct that is a number #96 drill bit. Would you agree? Going to be hard to find.

Went back and read through the later postings. I still need to diagram your cam. LSA is closer to 110 which is good. The lift isn't too crazy, going 1.6 ratio on intake would be similar to .550 - .560 I would have to do the math later.

So with WOT and keeping the restriction of the choke, you stay around 5in/hg. You basically got a DIY power valve going on that's keeping the overall inflow air rich. A/F gauge would line this out very quickly.

So basically...

More fuel. Open up the pickup jet... You get a little more fuel... Stay a little bit richer.

OR

Reduce air flow. Swap out 750 to 600 Carb. Reduce primary bore size to 1.44... Increases air speed, strengthens vacuum signal, picks up the extra gas it needs, but reduces the excess air that was keeping it lean. Secondary Bore stays the same, so shouldn't be any changes there.

The other thing I see as a sidebar to this is, I don't think you have a 10.4:1 engine, with what we have seen with timing and it's responses. Just not sure yet, wet/dry compression test would show this.

Is this what you are talking about?
Yes.

The thin tube coming down is the primary pickup (Jet).

The other is the emulsifier tube.

But that's why I say get the replacement set first and if the change screws everything up, you still have the originals that came with the carb to reset it back. Plus if that works, then if you go with the 600 CFM, those are direct plug and play. Put those in the 600 and see how it responds.

That's a good bit of cam for a 350. How far are the butterflies opened? Are they out of the transfer slots? My guess is no if the idle mixture screws did anything. Forgive me if this has been asked/answered already.

Possible... Just want to eat the elephant one fork at a time.
