Engine runs like crap

what did the plugs look like? there are a few problems that will show up on the plugs and can come back pretty quickly after a plug change.
if the plugs are that bad i'd also do the PCV, and the rest of the tune-up.

The plugs looked like they were almost new,thats why I didn't think that they would be the problem.I finally took one over to my 65 chevy truck and tried it,NO spark. So I tried one from the truck on the EL Camino,it had Spark. Anyways, I got a new pcv breather cap on it and put all the new Summit parts,module coil,cap and rotor back on.We timed it and it runs and sounds pretty good.
