Had a couple jobs in the Seattle this week so I detoured through Portland on my way home and picked this up. The builder is a drag racer and these are his bread and butter. We opted for the upgraded unit with Beast shell, high energy band, Corvette servo, 7 plate 3-4 clutch, and shift kit. It's been pretty hot here lately so not sure when I'll get it installed.

That should run behind a stock application for a long time.

Hope so. After pricing parts, I couldn't have done it for much cheaper myself. Plus, he's done hundreds and I've done none. Closest thing for me was a couple 700R4s about 20 years ago. His warranty is better than I could give too.

Seriously, not that long ago Portland was a pretty fun town. I worked and recreated there for years. It's actually quite a bit worse now than what the news wants to tell you.
