I had to replace my passenger side floor pan, both inner rocker panels, patch the inner quarter panels, patch the outer quarters, patch the wheel arches, patch both outer rockers, replace both bumpers, replace both doors, patch my deck lid, replace my hood, and I had holes on my roof where the vinyl top was. I'm sure I'm forgetting some spots but my Regal has more patch panels in it that I have brain cells.

And that is nothing compared to my Ford pickup.

I didn't see any bad rust. I didn't even see any rust scale. I would hit it with a wire wheel and paint it with a good satin black paint. Then forget about it.

I'm looking at having to put a new trunk floor, left & right trunk floor side mounts, atleast the divers side front floor, possible rear floor brace, repairs to both firewall body mounts. Yours looks lik it'll need some treatment to stop the rust &some clean up.
.........damn.....i should feel more fortunate about my car....just sucks. I hate rust.....

To add to just like joesregalproject said about his car I don't have any original bolt on sheet metal. The hood was the only part replaced cause I wanted a cowl hood, passenger fender was replaced cause my idiot brother hit a pole with it. Even the original frame rotted away. The one parts car I scraped would of scared the living 💩 out of you from all the rust & lack of metal it had.

I thought I was done with the rust. There are some areas where the body kit hides some rust that you can't see in the video....really shocked me that this popped up within a few months. Barely drive the car as it is, sits in a nice garage...just gonna have to work thru it and not let it get to me

These cars are rot boxes so that isn't bad at all. Try some of the Plastikote or Loctite rust converter anywhere there is rust. Then undercoat or paint. My 70 Cutlass and many of them other than mine also rot away. Enjoy it is a nice car.

Once you clean it to your satisfaction, spray it good with fluid film or similar product once a year and forget about it.

Man, that ain't nothing. In my t bird I had 1/4" plywood as floors. None of the power windows worked, if I wanted AC I removed a floor panel and get a nice dose of carbon monoxide to boot.

If it really bothers you, get after it with a wire wheel and rust preventative paint/primer and re undercoat.

Plus, with that rear main leak (that's what it looks like anyway), it will never rust. :D

Basically, you're fine man. Your car looks a lot better under there than anything around where I live that isn't restored or 20k mile old lady owned. It's not gonna be all pretty under there forever.
