Changed out the stock coil springs for new cargo coils and 20 year old air shocks for standard shocks put a new diff cover and gasket on to stop the leaking rearend.
I always had bigger coil springs or stock springs with air shocks to jack it up . Now its at a normal height and how soft the back end feels is odd to me. I used moog cc627 cargo coils and napa shocks..

So i block sanded the entire car and set it up on blocks to get off the ground. Built a stand to hold my spoiler and rear filler panels. After blowing it off i started taping it off in the trunk and under the hood. Hopefully i can get the door jambs taped this weekend and maybe, paint next weekend. Unfortunately im not going to be able to do the two tone at this time. So it will be just blue for now.

Well i finally got paint!!!. The main painter from the shop i used to work at came over and we sprayed it in my garage. Needs wet sanded and buffed to get a little dirt out and some orange peel smoothed out but happy with it for now. I realized there was no way i was putting my crap headlight bezels and grills in, so i need to get those replaced. I have new chrome moulding for the bumper inserts. Im going put together what i can and the rest after its wet sanded buffed next weekend.

Over the last week I sanded the car from the bodyline up with 2000 and 3000 wet to take care of any orange peel and remove any dirt and buffed it. It Cleaned up great, and then assembled everything.
I then bagged it up and painted the bottom a charcoal silver today. Im going to order a 442 stripe kit next payday and blacken in the frame rails while its still up off the ground

I forget. Did you wind up using hardtop rear side windows?

No i left the vinyl top windows in. Im going to mask it off and seal it up with black urethane. The hardtop windows i got from a guy had the studs messed up.
