Fishing 2021

Yes, we put back 95 percent of them

Wife caught 4 big carp yesterday at the Crooked Lake spillway, no Channel Catfish. I caught the lone fish on our towns reservoir tonight.

Here are 2 bluefish from last weekend. The rainbow trout is from last fall but still it was 16". I'll start crabbing next weekend.

Finally managed to hook up in open water this year. It was only a couple of suckers. But it was still some fish landed. Hope to get on some eyes this weekend. Weather permitting. Its hard to get out fishing when its 40-80 kph winds every damn weekend.

Same here, we hardly made it out last year as well, bloody windy nearly every day.

My fishing adventure today was a 22" small mouth and a 24" large mouth on the St. Joe river in Elkhart ,IN...also something that reminds me of the Olds 403 Carnage page...lol.
I did that to my boat in the middle of Gun Lake. Stainless props are not cheap!!!!

Went to Fishing Lake Friday, we caught 4 before it got too rough, 2 Walleye for me, 2 Pike for my Wife. Here is the best one.

We went to our reservoir, we stayed till a storm blew in when will we learn. Either way, we caught 4, two 1/2 to 3/4 Walleye, one each, my Wife had something big hooked in the South corner of dam, she pulled out 7, 5 to 7 pound Walleye a couple of years back in that spot. I caught these two, around a good pound each.

Oh and a retired farmer I delivered fuel to caught this last week, an 8+ pound Walleye and a 11+ pound Pike, at our reservoir. I believe him, even without the pic. James is a super nice guy.

We went to Lake of the Prairies yesterday. We are in the middle of a heat wave, getting crispy out there, 35C by Saturday, creeping up every day. Either way 15 fish caught and I caught 11, most were 1/2 to 3/4 pound Walleye. Here is the even bigger kicker, I completely won😱! Not only did I win, I caught the two biggest fish, a 2 pound Pike and this at least 1.5 pound Walleye.
