I have no idea, I would contact a local restorer and get a quote from them. But is is hard to know what you're into before you take the body off
i was old my rear sub rails need replaced and all of my frame mount bolts also the trunk and floor needs some repairs

That sounds like alot of repairs are needed, if it were me I would look for another G body is good condition and use the one you have for parts

You may want to think about doing a frame from another car and then just put your car on it if you can find one cheep it may save you a lot of time and money

For that you would be looking at several thousand dollars in repairs. Just for an example if it needs a complete floor those are $3-400 a complete trunk floor is around $300 all the braces for the body mounts $200 and those are without shipping and install labor added on. For the frame it may be cheaper to swap out the entire rolling chassis depending on how common G bodys are in your area.
This isn't to turn you away from working on your car but to give you an idea of how expensive it can be. Take it one step at a time and you will be able to get your car back in shape for another 30+ years.

I'm just reinforcing for strength. Because I'm currently building a engine and I'm shooting for 600rwhp but the car will be 90% street

Unless you want to be popping out the windshield you'll need to atleast box the frame an possibly add a X brace on frame. Need a suspension up grade both front and back. Is it a SB or BB ? Turbo, blower or nitrious ? What rearend ? 700 HP plus on engine, be pretty good parts.

i was told by a shop i had do my 4 wheel alignment that my frame was in really good shape besides both rear frame rails or whatever they are called tents to be a very common thing on monte carlos from what ive heard other than that the rear passanger floor pan is rotted in about a fist sizr hole and my driver side front floor board toward the rocker panel is bad other than that the trunk on the driver side wheel well and right behind the driver side door is rotted

the car needs all new bushings and everything i paid 1,000 for it 2 years ago and in the 2 years the rust has gotten way worse i drive the car daily and it really needs to be parked because there is a long list of things wrong with the car

would it be better to replace the whole floor and trunk or just piece it together since its not all bad?

the car needs driver side floor and maybe rocker panel rear passenger side floor driver side panel right behind door then driver side of trunk you can see straight through so maybe corner panel and inside trunk panel plus wheel well portion. plus the driver side door is pretty rusted at the bottom and it needs all new seals then the windsield needs resealed maybe even new metal path not really sure i know it leaks when it rains

have you tried removing the body mount bolts?. When you have the rust that you described you probably have rusted out body mounts
