How is the rear end in your frame hung, Coil springs or leaf ones? If coils do they sit directly on the axle tubes or are they sitting on rails that attach to pivots further towards the front of the frame?

55 inches from inside of drum to drum

you can look that up online but you would be better off to measure it outside drum to drum. A G body is 58"
