I ordered mr Gasket header gaskets off summit not realising that they were full metal. Anyone know how good they seal or if they warp easy? thanks

If they have an embossed area around the ports they should be fine though I have never used metal ones unless you are referring to copper, which are the only header gaskets I use and never have issues with leaks or bolts coming loose.
You should post a picture or link for the ones you bought.

I know guys using these locking bolts for headers and they never loosen up...They are called nord-lock

As long as the port size is correct for your heads those aluminum gaskets should work fine, they are basically the same design as the copper ones I use.
What I like about this style gasket is they don't blow out, you don't have to do any scraping off old gasket material when you remove your headers and I am guessing that with the embossed design that it puts tension on the header bolts so they don't come loose.
I have been using the copper ones now for 13 years with big blocks and solid engine mounts using standard style 3/8" head stainless header bolts and not once has a bolt ever come loose.

It looks like you will be ok.

Like 565 said. Its a similar design as the cooper
