I too am a member of the buried needle brethren. I'm here to remind you speed does not kill. It's the sudden stop that gets ya. When I had my Sierra tuned i made sure they raised the max speed. I payed for the entire speedometer and Intended to use it.

Well if we're admitting to bad decisions, I buried the 120mph Escalade speedo in my 1500. Pretty sure if I had more road, patience, and lack of regard for life in general it would have pulled right to 5000 RPM which is WOT.
