G bodies in the winter

they are on alot on XM, they have me laughing all the time

i use to listen to click n clack a dozen + years ago on NPR... THIS SHOW BROUGHT TO YOU BY.... and then w/e ridiculousness they could come up with... I USE TO LOVE LISTENING TO THEM... and when i was "away at college" for a 1-3 i would listen to their reruns on NPR... Best part of the day...

Hard to see in the pic but the rear tires on the malibu, use to be snow tires, now they are homemade slicks, probably has one more burnout before she pops...
 
you can see my GP behind the race car sitting outside of the shop in the show waiting for it's turn in the shop, my car goes in after we finish the pro late model we're building.....the race car in the photo is another teams and is heading off to get some carbon fiber work done

Unless you hate your car, why would drive it in winter? Fair heat and salt eating it to nothing are two big reasons my car will never see winter again. Plus I got rid of my winter tires and replaced them with slicks, so I won't be tempted.

because it's a blast driving it in the winter. When I dove mine it was nice to be able to drift around corners and the cops never said anything. Try that in the summer and you'll pay the price. Plus the G body with posi, 4 snow tires and weight in the trunk they will go places a fwd won't make it.
