Good luck finding a clean, un-hacked, decent paint, 350/4spd/3.42 8.5" posi desirable G-body for 5k.
I sure haven't seen many.
oops, typo. meant 10k too much. which I still think it is. its super nice, if it is indeed a factory 4 speed its cool. at absolutely bare minimum i'd say 7000 for the super nice body, and rear end.
 
Could you get a tilt steering column with a 4 speed in 81?

I don't trust ANYTHING from any of these classic car flipper type dealers. More often than not it a POS that someone slapped shiny paint on and cut all kinds of other corners, and then markets it as a "ONE OF A KIND, PRIME EXAMPLE or BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED " with a price tag to match their claims.
