ehhhh maybe. The "hump" in the floor isn't there either from what I can see. Also impossible to tell if its an actual stick steering column with the lockout lever or just a floor shift column. That key chain is in the way.

I don't think the shifter is aftermarket as the Hurst in my car and the shifter in my friends Malibu is the same design or at least close

yep that looks more like the space to put the column shifter than the lockout. Also, there' s no hump there. It's a noticable rise and puts the surface the boot mounts to more or less level. That looks just bolted to a stock floor.
There is a really nice El C in Cairo for sale. Looks all original. Don't know price but will look at if someone wants me to

Thats not the style that came in my factory 4 speed with tilt
whats the air cleaner off of, it looks more v6 than v8. VIN indicates 305 v8 with the H in it. I'm undecided on the floor hump.
exhaust manifolds are incorrect too
but for $19k, i would expect at least an upgrade to larger front sway bar, rear sway bar and tail pipes.
