I know there is 3 arms for the different cars those spindles came on, A body, X body, and F body.

Id like to see how the mustang II / pinto spindle compares. Thats one of the go to's for circle track guys with Chevelle clips, its just a tick shorter than a metric and has shorter steering arms, there is also a version with more kingpin angle.

The Speedway 3 piece metric spindles have an optional shorter arm that is supposed to be identical to the mustang 2 arm length. Guys are also using a astro drop spindle on asphalt.

the stock car world is full of tricks we can use...track rules limit what racers can do but there are no rules for these street cars. ..you can get these with an 8° pin

I just measured the Steering arm length on S10 blazer spindles and it was 6 5/8" from tie rod hole to LBJ hole.

What was interesting is B-Body 12" brake spindles are only 6.25".

Don't know what stock G-body spindles are because I don't have any off the car, but I may be going back to B-body spindles.

Anyone have a measurement for stock G-body spindles?
