Well, still nothing here, BIG Surprise eh? MO mailed 4 days ago from PA, should have been here by now. He used the stamped/addressed envelope I sent 4 months ago.

yeah he sent me a PM on the 23rd saying he'll send the parts AND the money.

i'm gonna wait and see for 1 week. after that he get's no second chances and i'll look into seeing if i can get the post office involved. i consider this mail fraud but i dont know if it falls under that category.

give me what you owe me or find a good rock to hide under pal.

i also have a question, how can someone in jail log in to their account on this forum? answer: they cant but i have seen them logged in at least twice during the time they were supposedly in jail.

so my next question is this, why bother to message us telling us you'll send our money blah blah blah if you have no intention of sending the parts or the money? kind of a stupid thing to do but then criminals arent very smart now are they?

Called him a THIEF this AM on the Montecarlo SS board, comes back and says he just has a lot of debt. Keeps promising paypal and the mail and blames everyone but himself.

again i dont know why he insists on playing this game. its not like anyone else on these forums is going to do business with him anymore, too many people have been burned by him and too many to keep it all quiet so he can sucker someone else.

total jackass. seriously. pay up or STFU and leave these forums. in fact i'd rather he'd leave than get my money back at this point. i already figure my money is gone and i wont see it ever again but if he leaves at least i wont have to watch him try and fool more people into giving him money and getting nothing in return. knowing other people wont be a victim of his scam would make it worth not getting my money back.

at the rate he's going he's probably going to get caught in person by someone large and angry and find himself waking up from a coma months later wondering what happened and why.

again i'm requesting he be banned. he's continuing to play games with us and IMO will continue to do so in the future with no intention of paying us back or sending the parts.

I hope you guys arn't losing sleep over him..it's a piss off to get ripped off but it's a waste of time constantly thinking about something you have no control over and nothing you can say to him will do any good, if he pays you back good but time wasted on him can't be replaced...the money can

im not losing sleep over it or him. i just want to see him banned so he cant continue to try and rip people off. i would think the admin would be for this...but i was told no the last time.

guess we'll see more people getting ripped off in the future.

um, no. I see (nearly) every post that rolls thru here (really), so if I see this tool trying to sell here again, or if someone tells me he's under a different username, I will take action. If I ban him, he has no way to answer PM's (which you say you are using, but you could e-mail directly) or respond to anything thru the site, which I don't think is what anyone really wants. Because the second I do ban the guy, I'll hear via another site, "He said he tried to respond and couldn't blah blah blah" so I'll leave that channel of communications open if the situation can be resolved.

I'm with you guys right now. He has been going on MCSS forums alot, infact, I foudn a few people that did good business with him, what gives, is he just really that lazy, or does he just pick and choose who he wants to scam?

Finally, the MonteCarloSS site got rid of him. 8)
