GBotM: April '16 Entries: Manual Transmissions

This month's theme is manual trans cars, courtesy of Bonnewagon. Doesn't matter if it came that way or you added it later.

Post em up with photos of INSIDE (gotta make sure you know) and out and be sure to include a bit of backstory!

Winners get a pair of big 18" GBF decals and I usually throw in a smaller one or two, also.

I will CLOSE this thread sometime on the 24th, then open it for voting, to get the winner posted by April 1st and back on schedule!

Thank's for going with the stick shifts Chris! I know I can't be in it, but I wanted you all to see mine too. This area is where I belong- I make all my cars manual shift if it's not that way already. I pestered an old man for 5 years to buy his Pontiac wagon and when I got it the first thing I did was swap in a Pontiac 301 and Saginaw 4 speed. Both motor and trans came from a Firebird as well as the console. I only regret it when I am at a boat ramp, but otherwise I am all smiles driving a manual trans G-body wagon. Here it is but DON'T VOTE FOR ME!!!! There are a LOT of great manual trans cars here so let's see them!

Here's my '80 Malibu. Its a factory 305 V8/4 speed car. I just picked up the car last fall, so I haven't had a chance to do anything with it just yet. Future plans are for a mild 350, different wheel & tire combo, Goodmark steel cowl hood, and some interior upgrades.
