Yeah, I know. My car originally came with 14's...if I'm not mistaken, they were 195/ 75 x 14, later I put a set of Michelin 205/70 x 14's. A friend had gifted me a set of 15 x 7 Chevy rally wheels, that's when I went with the 225/70 x 15's and put HD springs in it to keep the fronts from rubbing...and as you mentioned, keeping the car high enough to clear NYC potholes, crummy broken up streets, etc.
