No, it will probably cost GM $200 a vehicle, but they will add $3000 to the list price. She will probably make 32 million in 2024.only $27 mil? she must be pissed because the UAW strike screwed with her bonus!

If they were to build an updated version of the fiero, a two seater, 2 door, NON-HATCHBACK that was sporty and looked good, it would sell.I was behind a Chevy Volt the other day. I thought it was a Camaro, except it was so quiet. It flew away from me like a muscle car. So why can't GM pull it's head out of it's azz and start making some excellent economical EV's that look cool and run great? Oh, and that are affordable and don't explode. Is that asking too much? The general public just needs basic transportation. They could care less if it was powered by a squirrel cage. Just give them lots of cup holders and climate control. If they can't then the handwriting is on the wall.
The new Prius looks nothing like the old one, it’s actually not bad looking. And that’s coming from a guy that hates EVs and everything they stand for.If they were to build an updated version of the fiero, a two seater, 2 door, NON-HATCHBACK that was sporty and looked good, it would sell.
Part of the problem with the bean counters is they saw the ugly priest abomination, and that the eco-huggers loved them, and thought ALL cars of the type needed to follow suit. Ford could've built a sleek 2 door mustang to be their mach-e. Instead of a pony car they built a bloated donkey.
This bulky 4 door s-u-v/c-u-v/whatever-u-v craze needs to stop, as does the trend of bloated crew cab trucks with fake beds that are 3-4-5 feet long. Put better trim levels on a standard cab and people will buy it, and, lower the payload height to a respectable level ala 1930s-1990s trucks while they're at it.
With A/B/C/D/E/G-U-V it's the EPA's fault with regulations & car/truck definitions along with heavier standards on cars than trucks. Since emission standards are tougher on cars the former Big Three started dropping cars & added what I'll call fleets of station wagons but classified them as trucks under SUV/CUV. A lot of those still used the same engines they shoved in the cars. Kinda defeats the emission reduction they wanted. Then on top of that those that were truck like with being either actually truck based of was able to go over certain terrain like a real truck all now sit low & ride as a car did. My wifes's old '07 Santa Fe was more of an off roader than the '17 she drives now. Then add the fact in the past few years the only thing you can by from most brands is a station wagon it seems like that's all the lemmings want. At least the Asian brands still have cars. Even with the EV push they still want wagons over cars.If they were to build an updated version of the fiero, a two seater, 2 door, NON-HATCHBACK that was sporty and looked good, it would sell.

And that they can't PARK!!!And who needs that extra long box that they can't fill?
As long as they are popular in China they'll be around longer than they should here. To be honest they are more a Chinese car company than an American anymore. This is the reason they were allow to keep going as Pontiac with products & sales was shuttered.Take a look at the top selling vehicles lists for the last few years and you'll see why Buick's lineup looks like it does. People are buying SUVs and crossovers. Buick division put all their eggs in that basket and I don't think they can compete. We can probably expect them to follow Saturn, Pontiac, and Oldsmobile at some point.
But we aren't most people.
is that a parking lot full of Cyberturds? Here is what the average driver deserves. To get from point A to point B as cheaply as possible, In surround-sound comfort, with as little driver input as possible. And when the battery/hydrogen/flux capacitor/squirrel cage dies- recycle time. Guys like us will still be playing with obsolete stuff just because we can. Let the masses drool over us when we blast past looking cool as shiznit. If they cared they would learn to do what we do. But they don't want to. TFB.
