Paint job looks great.

Thank you guys!

Very few people know what it is and that is fine with me. Most don't even pay attention to it. Guy with dodge SRT10 was having fun a while back on the loop. He was going thru the gears on his six speed truck. I pulled up behind him and stayed there while on the ramp going 80mph. It was funny to see the guy just keep looking at rear view mirror when he couldn't shake that little "S10" behind him, LOL.

The healights will be on an extra grill and given form with fiberglass. Fiberglass guy was talking like it wouldn't be a big deal. We will see. I get the parts done next month. Hope it turns out as I envision it.

Lol. That's cool. I bet you could really have some fun with that truck. It's basically a factory "sleeper". Nobody expects it to be fast. Are you planning any upgrades to the engine or transmission?

I think those headlights will look good. Are you going to use the factory header panel and just attach a custom grille and headlight assembly? Basically make a one piece replacement for the factory grille and headlights?

Already done a few bolt ons. Rebuilt trans and turbo. Runs great! Had prop shaft removed for a while. That's was scary stuff. 30 mph and fish tails.
I'm hoping to have the parts in my hands next month. I'd like to have them done as a bolt on item instead of a whole custom grill. Won't be able to figure that out till then. I'll post pics once it's done

I'd say that little truck does get a little squirrelly without the front wheels helping with traction. Lol. Does it do good donuts when you're rear wheel drive only?

I'm definitely interested in how the headlights turn out. I'll be watching for pics. Good luck. I hope it works out the way you want it.

Looking good man, I've always loved them sleeper trucks. Back in the day, my dad's good friend had a typhoon that was de-badged! I got to go on plenty of rides and it was a blast when he would blow the doors off of vette's along with many other powerful cars! The looks he got were priceless....like "how the hell did I get whooped by a gmc suv" lol!!!
Very cool truck, love to see it when done!

my uncle has a typhoon that I've been very involved with. There were quite a few things going on with it, stuck on finding a shift linkage right now.

I like the stock ones too. Just trying something different. Seems like all the new vehicles are coming out with wrap around headlights. Can't wait to get it done !
