PICS OR GTFO!
THREAD HIJACKED!

Okay, okay, if you insist . It's a '98 323is Coupe. Arktissilber Metallic on Dove Grey. M3 mirrors, M3 side moldings, Euro Ellipsoid Projectors with LED Angel Eyes, soon to have M3 wheels. M52B25 with S52 cams. Unfortunately a slushbox, but I have a line on a complete manual swap.

It's a fun little car, not very fast, but feels like it is. As soon as I finish the truck I'll be working in manual swapping this.

It's so clean! How long have you had that??

Lol thank you. Didn't know you were a bimmer guy. I've had it a little over a year. I kinda found it by accident. I bought it from an older guy who was a BMWCCA member and his son was a mechanic at the local BMW dealer. He owned the car since 2001, so it's been fairly well maintained and cared for.

My brother in law used to have a dark blue one with some M3 bits on it as well. Standard shift. I always loved the sound of the straight 6. Also, the head of the local BMWCCA always brings his "Beater M3" E36 to our region's SCCA events, and he always rips. Very fast times.
To be honest, if I ever came across an OEM Yellow coupe with a standard shift, and I had the money, I'd be very hard pressed not to buy it.

I feel the same about my '98 M3. Yours looks a lot nicer though. Also want to manual swap mine but probably wont get around to it and it shifts ok *knock on wood*.

I'm i search of an untracked gray horn ring if it happens to have one, thanks!

You guys are all so lucky. There are very few junkyards around me and they all treat you like an intruder. Anything you do want, costs an arm and a leg unless it’s small like a bulb socket or something. Wheels or a hood or a trans usually equals several hundred dollars. I have better luck with Craigslist

I got off work early today with the intention to hunt down a driveshaft from a Trailblazer(4" aluminum and perfect for power!).
As I was rummaging through Pull a Part I stumbled upon a rare sight! For those that have a Pull a Part local to them, they usually don't have anything older than a '90. I haven't seen a G body in mine for several years, well until today.
There sat a '88 CSC (Y code, but F41 car) just asking to be picked! It just arrived at the beginning of the month, so other than the interior being gutted already, it's fairly complete...

I didn't have much cash on me so I wasn't able to tear it apart as much as I wanted to, but here is my bounty....

I'm hoping to make it back before it gets crushed in December!!! I got a bunch of hardware from it, and even the seatbelt bolts came out with little effort!!!! If anybody is looking for the corner lights, or quarter extensions just PM me.
