OUCH.... That will ruin a weekend....

Is that a TH350 or TH400? Looks like the 400 I got rid of last year to a guy with a chevelle down the road from me.

I bought a set of MT DRs last week, I'll say this thing hooks "hard", & this is on the street with 20 lbs. air "Cold" & no pre-burnouts. I heard they made some changes to the MTs not too long ago. I'm in the process of up-grading the ignition, Mallory 6AL with Dist., ditching the HEI. On my nest outing i'm hoping for 12.2s.

Nice!!!! Which mt radials did you get?

When r u planning on going back

Don't know yet, been working alot out of town, I'm hoping at least in the next month, I just bought the ET Street Radials, I remember having a new set of these 3 yrs. ago on my Dart, & they would spin like crazy on the street, At the track it was hit & miss, On these new ones i'm noticing more white bleeding out of the side (tread area), was told this is the compound that they put in the tire, plus they feel softer in the tread then the last set. I'm loving them, I can get on it hard & they will just chalk abit, then i can hammer it from a dead stop & its on.....lol

I do need to get a DS loop.

Go get yourself a loop before you do anything. Its just stupid not to have one.

Yeah tires have come along way. If you ever need to see what the baddest radial is out there. Look at what the guys in x275 are running.

Mt has a new radial. They are a different et street but are them.

Did ya leave the exhaust hooked up or open ? I use to run a splash of VP 110 just to bump up the octane a bit. Notice to mine would almost wanna bog down after launch so I would take off on the second yellow light to improve the RT,and it worked. with the "highway" gears I stayed in 2nd all the way down. 14.76
Was: 79 Cutlass (daily driver) rebuilt mild 305 .040 to clean up walls, Erson mild cam and lifters stock rods, Performer intake and 600 Eddy, TCI Steet Fighter TH350, Sad but fun. Way more fun than watching from the stands. This car was rearended by a girl that had been driving for two weeks, police told us to exchange insurance info, she gave me false info.frame on right side was bent so bad that the passenger door would not open. Was the last time I went to the track with that car.. 🙁 working on another G body.. 😛
