Good camshaft for both 305 and 350?

Also valve size to cylinder displacement. 305s have smaller cylinders that are easier to fill and results in a better quench than a 350 which is harder to fill. This means 305s typically like less overlap and a wider lsa than a 350, especially a high cr 305 vs a smogger low cr 350.
 
Comp 268 will be way too big for a 305... Think cheap. Go to Jegs or Summit and get their brand cam. 420/443 lift, 204/214 duration. Nice mild cam that will help power and torque thru the whole curve. Plus they are only $99 iirc
