I got this hairbrained idea to do a GIF of the Pig transformation to put into my sig. So, I downloaded a couple of photo morph programs, messed around until I got frustrated, and like any self respecting male, quit before reading the instructions. It seems that I have to resize the pics before I can hope to get it under the 5MB upload cap, but has anyone played with that kind of stuff? Is there a "good", easy to use software (free) available?
