Funny stories for sure. We had a CSM that put up a "CSM Parking Only" by Brigade HQ. It ended up in a friend's garage next to his Z28.
Our Platoon Sergeant needed to seriously wash his car so after a night of too much beer at the NCO club, we wrote on the trunk in the caked on dust; "Thanks for the lovely night" ... "Jim" with a big heart. Bouquet of flowers. Under the wipers and someone found a "Gays are people too" bumper sticker. So of course that made it to the back bumper. Needless to say; he went and washed his car. He laughed and took the flowers home to his wife.
