all the sets are plug and play....you just plug the connector from the HID into your lite socket, attach a ground wire and a hot wire for the relays that come with the kit and that's it. I am running 4 hid's so I had to move one of the wires in the hid connector for the high beam socket. I think it was the ground wire I had to move

So how are these lights compared to the Sylvania Silverstar sealed beams... (what I have on my Cut)..? Mine are pretty bright, but what are these like?

I ran the silverstars for a while. They are stronger than a stock lite but they have a concentrated beam to get you the extra distance down the road but the light for the sides isn't there so cornering around a long bend like an entrance ramp for a highway it's noticeable. There is nothing comparable to the HID plus with the time they last their price is comparable with the price of the best halogen lite.

I got the housing with the halo from prostreetlighting.com, the HID were from ebay, prostreethas hid also but there exspensive

them housings you got from prostreet lighting have the chrome start to come off them?? are the high beams hid as well?

Quick question. I've got an '85 Monte Carlo SS and I bought a set of the hyper white xenon lights from prostreetlighting. We just tapped into the existing harness and all the connections were very secure with wire nuts and then electrical taped for extra weatherproofing. After a couple of weeks, my headlight switch blew, so I replaced it and the new switch is smoking and getting hot after being on for only 20-30 seconds. Are these lights pulling too much power or is there something else I should be checking? The wiring from the harness to the switch looked to be in good shape with no bare wires.

Are these relays something I can pick up right at Autozone?

Better yet, what relays do I need and how do I wire this all up?
