The Camino looks great! Nice work!

When you have time, please post more photos of the upgrades. Tell us in particular the details of the interior upgrades. Very nice work! Especially given how much it costs to ship parts over to France!

So... The original dashpad was very crappy... I had the chance to find a better one here in the south east of France... but it only looks... it wasn't... So I decide to buy the dashpad complete cover... I was not convinced, but I was pleasantly surprised... not difficult to install... easy to paint with a special paint for plastic... results is not bad at all when finished

The cluster gauge is the original one.. i just change the clock by a tachometer
about the cluster gauge, I used Dakota Digital ECD-100 to drive the speedometer and SGI-8E to drive the tach...because of the LS1 pcm
(Sorry, no pic of the cluster gauge yet, maybe later)

is has been a piece of cake to install the new dash in the car 🤣🤣🤣🤣

in July 2018... I found a center console on Facebook.. located in Florida, the guy didn't want to sell to France...So i asked to ship to a friend in California... he will ship it in a container with a lot of car parts... Unfortunatly, the center console arrived to me completly broken...

After few hours with glue and fiberglass, it was fixed an ready for painting...

Orange adhesive tape is only here to get an idea of the T56 shifter location and movement

Did the BMW also donate the Recaro seats?

No, I forgot to talk about the seats, but they come from a Ford Escort Cosworth... not easy to find even here in Europe....

But i'm not convinced with these seats... they're a little too wide and the side of the seat scraps the arm rest of the door panel... i would like to find original bucket seats but it is impossible here ....
