I can remember when it was Mr Gasket that was buying everything....
Mr Gasket Bought MSD when they went through some financial difficulties a few years ago and then Holly acquired them shortly after. IIRC
They are trying to cut out the warehouses, with more and more variety in their companies its getting easier and easier.
The funny thing about Holley is they enforce MAP to the penny, and know what warehouses the violators deal with and make the warehouses cut the jobber off (or the warehouses could get in trouble with Holley) then Holley sells the same part 20% cheaper on their own website anyways.
Which is all fine until the Holley rep tells you they arent trying to get the jobbers to go direct with them, even though your jobber tells you that same rep called him last week.... trying to get him to go direct..
Not my problem anymore, dont miss working in the industry much at all

They just about have all the name brand companies. They don't own all the carb companies but 90 percent of them. Once quickfuel got bought out from holley some of the quickfuel guys started another company. Surprised everything edelbrock owns isn't bought and owned by holley yet.
