Hood Tach - Anyone?

I am still considering getting the version 2 for the wagon, $200 is just a bit rich for a decoration. I did try to get the shell from OPG (I think) to put a boost gauge into it... no other reason. 😉

I am still considering this for my Regal since I just installed my trio gauge set up the only other gauge I want is a tach but I would want the 2nd version preferably with Buick or no name that works with HEI.

I am considering a hood tach as well. My 78 is an SJ. I bought it basically sight unseen and assumed it had the tach. It is full gauges and a clock. Weird. A hood tach is appropriate for a Grand Prix as it was available as an option in the "good old days". Appropriate is a big deal to me. I also think the late style (2nd version) is the one that will be most appropriate. So, that's my vote.

I did buy one for my Regal project but still haven't mounted it yet since I have to install the scoop first but I did wire it to see it work
