I got the manifolds wrapped and motor and trans in car. I ended up grinding the boys and nuts down on top side of clamshell mount and welding it in place. Leaves about 3/4" clearance. They clear everything else nice.

They look like a nice piece. Where is the AC compressor going? So many turbo cars with no AC and a sweaty stinky interior.

Lmao Not well I just had that sitting there till I get the carb hat. Its a wor k in progress.

Slowly but surely I'm getting things lined out. Here's a pic of the turbo placement still got to clock it but I think that's where it will go.

I have a question about the motor mount location? Are the frame side mount in the factory location? AND did you use 1In set back plates? PS I like those hooker manifolds Way more than truck manifolds. Heck if you have a few bucks to make a cleaner build I am all for it. Good luck and keep the updates commin.
