i had a drive shaft cut and my ignorant *ss had the wrong one cut. what i need to do is change out the yoke and i will be good. the one i had cut was for a 2004r and i needed the th350 cut for the 700r4. any way on the ujoint i dont see any clips that hold it on. do i have to hammer the hell out of it or do i need to take it and have it pressed out or is there a trick to it? thanks

don't waste your money taking it to a machine shop....head to your nearest parts store that rents tools and rent the tool to change your u joints...

yep just got back from oreilly's. i had rented a ball joint press (a big c clamp with ahole in it) and it took 20 minutes to get the old ones out and the new ones in.
