Thought you guys would like to hear the after dinner review. LOL
My neighbor brought the bird over just when he said he would. Surrounded by cut up carrots, celery and pearl onions. Browned to perfection. Skin nice and crisp. It was actually pretty tasty. $75.
Would we do it again next year ? Probably not. Although it was good, I think my wife will want to roast her own bird next year.
