After seeing the video now I know why true grand nationals and t type cars are dissapearing faster than base model gbodys. All that money he wasted could have built a turbo Buick motor instead of lsx and had a lighter gbody.

I gave up after 2 minutes. The owner is a douche. The editing is fake news. A GN doesn't have a hood ornament. He's a bone head for getting on it with no knowledge of the tune. He wrecked the engine and trans not because they are bad , he wrecked them because he's a ****ing idiot. The same could easily happen to his LS if it was all out of tune and over boosted it. Oh well. Rich prick keeping the economy going I guess.

In addition to what everyone has said here .... People have gotten considerably more than 800 hp out of the V6 that came in the car, and for more like $15k than $150k ....

I'm wondering why the focus of the video is how much he spent on the car, it's not hard to dump money into a car. Most of us in here are on a budget and look what some of you have turned out, you got alot more bang for your buck than he did.

This, exactly. It’s more name dropping than innovation or creativity. The dimple die pieces are the only things he really did himself, or that was my take on it. Mil spec connectors, a crate motor and a race fab shop made chassis. The work is gorgeous but the soul is lacking.
