Well, I had this guy at 27 yards, at full draw, about three weeks ago, but he wouldn't step out. Ugh....

Still have pics of him, but haven't seen him during daylight again. Today was opening day of shotgun though and I was able to seal the deal on a huge doe so the freezer will be full.

Had a much needed "gun day" with my boy. Pretty much shot every rifle we own. Getting ready for PA's opener on Saturday.

Working six days a week, I needed the quality time with the boy!

Sealed the deal today at 2:00PM. Went out with my son, Thanksgiving Day buck stories jading my thought train...
Punched this guy at 250 yards with the 30-06, turns out he was the one my son missed on Tuesday night.
Dropped his d*ck in the dirt and had a smaller one come out and chase the does this one had been after.
Today was a good day

Been focusing on getting some work done on the house and haven't gone much yet. Cold front coming through and looks good this week. Sitting a couple hours tonight and will get out this week. Need meat for the freezer!

Texas rifle doesn't start until Nov. 6, nothing to do but stare at pics twice a day. Soon....
