Well power is out for me in Newtown Pa. Winds are pretty strong right now but no rain. Flooding is not an issue unless your near a river or lake. Trees here and there are down. Other then that we are fine compared to other people that got hit

pretty windy here in philly, power is still on..hope everyone comes out ok...be safe..

Sandy has passed over us and is nearing PA. Be safe out there! We are starting to see the winds die down a bit, but there are still trailing showers behind the storm. A few more hours to go.

Well I finally made it home. My family, home, and cars were all spared. The Sebring is sitting exactly as I left it covered under the car port, and the 442 was not damaged, only the cover blew off. I ordered a new canopy cover for the garage, and look forward to getting it back up this weekend.

I hope everyone else out there emerged from this storm unscathed.

Glad to hear that, it's up to 48 deaths so far and the damage is unbelievable. I'm not American (unfortunately) but it makes me angry how the US is first in line to help other countries, no matter who they are, with money, equipment , food and other products but when something like this happens in the US the world is silent.

Well. Power is still out back home in Bucks County PA so for now we are down the shore at the inlaws in Somers Point NJ where there is power and right now...53 and sunshine! Supposed to ride further south later today to Cape May NJ and visit my parents and see what kind of damage they had. So far, except for some missing shingles and no electric, we were spared. Hope everyone else out there is doing fine and that our rides have been spared a beating from Mother Nature.

I'm glad to read that the Ontario provincial government have offered to send down hydro trucks, equipment and workers to help. The City of Toronto is also offering assistance. I'm disappointed but not shocked that the Canadian federal gov has not said anything

in Bucks County PA people are slowly getting power back on. From there the cleanup of down trees in people lawns and on some streets will take about a good month for it to get back to normal. All the food stores are out of food or pretty much empty. Hardly any frozen food even left in there freezers. Going to take a good bit before we get back to normal. I just hope snow stays away for at least till beginning of December. Give us time to clean up from the store before we all have to worry about snow.

Central NJ here. We just got power on last night after loosing it late Monday night. No signs here of sever flooding around the Howell, Jackson, freehold area. Still lots of lines down and people piling up at the gas stations. I kept my cutlass in the garage and took down the canvas on my canopy. The neighbors did the same but their frame broke, Ill post up some picts of the area later. They are talking about a north-eastern coming this way for next week. all in all besides the shore line there were downed trees and stuff but nothing like the destruction like Katrina did in the south. Mainly this storm took out all of NJ's electrical grids, was creepy and neat to see all the transformers blow up. To all the electrical workers from NJ and utility workers from other states thanks for the great job guys!

Well... I'm still here. I live right by tuggy24g like within a couple miles and some places it seems pretty much like nothing happened other places it looks like a disaster area. My neighborhood took a little of a beating, I'm running off a generator right now, I have no heat, no water, and no cell service. Surprisingly enough though my cable internet and TV are hooked up so I can get online with a generator for power. Just got the genny last night was completely without power before that. They said I'd have power back yesterday, but I doubt I'll have it even by the middle of next week.

Anyway pretty much no damage, except my shed roof is badly damaged but nothing else damaged on my property that I've noticed.

Heart goes out to those down at the shore the damage looks unbelievable.
