I crossed over to the dark side for a daily driver

I agree on the fact that the cheapest fast car to build today is a fox body mustang. I would love to own one myself with the 5.0, there are others of us with fords for dailies though, don't feel to bad.

I'd rather see someone driving anything from the Big 3 as opposed to an import. Wouldn't mind a fox body myself, but I already have a truck, partially for hauling stuff (not too common) and the fact that we actually can get decent amounts of snow in the area (being 2wd doesn't do me much good though ).

Then again, I see you're from WI

Put it this way... if I lived in a state with decent weather year-round I might have one.

So long as it's not a slow, riced out Civic, you're OK. If it's a fast Civic, you're still OK too. Just no rice.

I'm actually a Ford man, just got a G-body from my Grandmother ... so .... hahaha.

I've had 3 5.0 coupes in the past. And the daily driver for the family is a Mountaineer. My truck is a 1978 Ford F150.

So I love the 'stang. I'm just a Ford guy with a G-body. But I'm going to make the best of it. 8)

I love the Fox body Mustangs. I just can't afford one. I have been driving my mom's Crown Vic for over a month now and I love the car. It has quite a few Chevy parts in it, like the front drag springs that were supposed to go in my old Malibu (lowered the CV 2" and made it hug the road better) and a '94 Impala cat back exhaust with Trans-Am splitter exhaust tips. In the end all that matters is that you have fun with your car 😀 .

nothing wrong with ford at all. i love my sho. 😀
the most reliable ive ever owned and hits 7k everyday!
i guess that's more of a yamaha achievement, lol.

nice stang though. i used to work with a guy that had a 95 5.0 with a blower. that car hooked up nice.
