I just tell them it's 30K, That has gotten rid of all the tire kickers so far. Except one, he actually countered with 25K. My wife said if I sell it I should go with it and don't come back.. So no sale.

That has happened to me twice before. I pop off a high number and they countered close. I sold em. It's the regret that comes afterward that sucks. Then you have to find another project and start over. I'm kinda getting tired but I do love working on the old stuff. Don't know if I like it more than sex though 😉
After all the time and effort you put into that car I think majority of this site would be very upset if you sold it.... especially to someone not on this site ......just my opinion
Keep it, sell it, do whatever you like. It's your car. Personally, I'd much rather have your Salon than a GN. I like GNs and would absolutely love for one to fall in my lap but they weren't designed to be noticed. Your car can't be missed.
I wouldn't have been offended if I'd been in your shoes and been offered 12k by a flipper. It's just business. We all know that 12k wouldn't even begin to build your car. But the fact remains, as completely badass as it is, the "collector" value isn't there. It needs to be viewed as a custom. In that context it's much more valuable...and rare. 1 of 1.

I agree...GN's are much more common and easier to find than Aeroback cars.
